Highlight of the Week

Braelynn & I have enjoyed the last week in Milan, PA visiting Derrick’s parents! We have had a beautiful week here & have thoroughly enjoyed our time catching up with his family, visiting old friends, and of course: doing lots of photoshoots! It’s been so fun & the week has sped by, but now I find myself looking forward to going home & seeing Derrick again! It’s been a long time away & I’m looking fowrad to getting back into our “home routine”.

Yes, This Happened

• Yesterday was my best friend (& sister-in-law)’s birthday and we spent all day toether! We took Braelynn & Cameron to the Binghamton Zoo, enjoyed lunch out, and then came home to have dinner & dessert with the family! It was the perfect day & we had so much fun! The cousins really enjoyed hanging out together too!
• There is construction going on on the main road right outside of Derrick’s parent’s house & it took us 55 minutes to go 2 miles yesterday. Yes, you read that right. I promise, I’m not exaggerating either. It literally would have been faster to get out & walk!

Feeling Blessed

Besides Nicole & Andrew’s wedding last Saturday, my week has been full of photoshoots! I did newborn photos Friday evening, family photos Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday evenings, senior photos this morning, and engagement photos this evening & tomorrow afternoon! I am so so blessed with so many amazing clients (who I hardly even consider clients, they are all my friends! Seriously though, if I would go out to dinner or coffee with you – and I did with half the people I photographed this week – you are a dear friend) and it has been wonderful catching up with each & every one of them!! There was so much exciting news shared & fun updates – I love my “dual” location & everyone who still trusts me for their photography up here! It has been an amazing week.
