Jo & Garry // Manor, PA // Maternity Photographer

I know I’ve said this about a billion times, but let’s make it one billion and one: one of the best parts about being a photographer is getting to meet fabulous people that I probably would otherwise never meet! Jo & Garry are no exceptions!

They’ve been married for 13 years & lived all over the United States. They both have served in the military and we all owe them a debt of gratitude! Seriously, leave them your thanks in the comments below!
After 13 years though, I’m sure their families had given up on even the hope of them having a baby. I mean, think about it: 13 years! That’s a long time and a lot of adventures! But after traveling all over the world, they decided it was time for a new adventure!

We got together for a quick maternity session less than 2 weeks before their little baby was born! They explained to me it was one of the only aspects of Jo’s pregnancy that they were in control of, so they wanted to get at least a few photos in! As it turns out, their little baby was really giving their Mama a run for her money! Extra doctor’s appointments and constant monitoring meant that Jo was super ready for baby to be born! They choose not to find out if it was a boy or a girl, although they had their suspicions! The doctors were estimating that the baby would weigh around 7 or 8 pounds – what? Can you see Jo?! She’s so tiny! She could totally pass as not even being pregnant! Spoiler alert: the doctors were completely wrong!

Anyways, we met at the gorgeous & quiet Manor Park – isn’t it so beautiful?

They brought along their first child, T-Bone!! He was so good & such a good smiler!

Don’t let them fool you: they are total cheese-balls!!

Three weeks after we took these photos, I was back over at their house to take a few photos of their precious little baby!! Stay tuned for those highlights!
