Thank you so much for this post! I have a similar set up with a dupe peloton bike, the peloton ap and the wahoo cadence monitor. I am ashamed to say I have not used my bike in probably over a year and today was the day I got back on it – to find out my cadence monitor didn’t work with the ap anymore! I found your blog and just discovered only 3 bike classes are included per month!!?? Thank you for outlining your plan and the introduction to Kaleigh Cohen and the cadence ap – I will be using it all to follow a similar plan!! Thank you!!
