Have you ever been in a situation where you’ve met some new people & it’s going great. You feel like you’ve connected a little bit, you’re having a great time, everything is fabulous? But then – you made a huge connection: like you both are friends with the same people and didn’t know it, or you both worked at a certain place just months apart from each other. Suddenly, it’s like you jump levels! SO fun, right?

Well, that’s what happened when I got together with Heather & Tyler & their adorable little guy Trey! We were having a fabulous time – I mean, who wouldn’t with this smiley, smooshy, 9 month old little guy crawling around! But then we realized that Heather & Tyler know my Dad – Tyler actually has breakfast with my Dad on a regular basis! Say what?! So fun! Suddenly, I felt like we were besties & that made an already amazing evening so much better!

Mr. Trey stole the show though – what a character for sure! I threatened to steal him away & bring him home as a playmate for Braelynn (totally not serious of course, I could never bring myself to steal a baby from his Mama!) He was such a ham. I loved how much his Mama & Daddy loved him too. It was so evident from their interactions with him that they adore this little guy & he thinks they’re pretty cool too. Families can sometimes be a challenge to work with, but when you have a close-knit group of people who love each other with the caliber that these guys do? It simply makes things so much simpler!

I loved that they brought along the other 2 members of their family as well! Rocko & Teddy are SO cute & I was so glad that they brought them along!

Did I mention that this guy stole the show? Because he totally did!
