There is no formal Abby’s Saturday update from us this week, because we’ve been off on vacation all week! (Spoiler alert: it’s been amazing!)
Side-note: is this photo a little “extra”? Yes, yes it is.
I’ve always wanted to create a photo like this, and a few weeks ago, I got something from Amazon that came in a huge box and I knew this would be my opportunity to try it!
Even though the box was huge, Braelynn still barely fit inside, but I squeezed her in and we made it work!
This photo was the perfect creative “flex” to work on as I’ve come to the end of my 2023 “season” – I photographed my last wedding just a few weeks ago, did my rounds of mini-sessions and family photos while the fall color was at it’s peak – sometimes, after hustling super hard for weeks on end, I need to just do something FUN.
And so this was the perfect “fun” breath of fresh creative air that I needed.
