When Orion & Brad were dating, Orion heard the story of these cats that needed a home. Her heart absolutely melted at the thought of this poor kitties who needed someone to love them, so she roped Brad into helping her drive across Pittsburgh to pick them up. Reluctant at first, but willing to do absolutely anything for his girlfriend, Brad agreed to help.

Take that same boyfriend who was so in love and fast forward to a cold, snowy, winter evening. It was their anniversary and Brad had the best surprise for Orion. Carefully kept under wraps, he set his plan into motion – he pulled up outside of Orion’s apartment and called her, telling her she needed to come outside. “I can’t come outside! I’m in my bathrobe & slippers – and it’s snowing! You come in here!” Orion countered. Brad pressed her though that she needed to come out to him. She looked out her window and saw Brad, trunk open, standing beside his car. It dawned on Orion: he must have gotten her that kitty tree she had been wanting as an anniversary gift!

So, on went a large pair of rain boots & an oversized coat and she went out into the snow. As she stepped out of the door, she realized another surprise was underway – one much much bigger than her wished for kitty tree. She walked out to find Brad down on one knee and beside him was written in the snow “Will you marry me?”

Of course, Orion said yes!

A Labor Day weekend wedding was planned and Brad & Orion were married last Saturday at Seven Springs Mountain Resort! The day was amazing – beautiful in every way! I love Seven Springs – everything about the venue is so gorgeous and when you add a stunning bride & her dapper groom, it just makes the atmosphere so much more elegant!

Brad & Orion – thank you so much for allowing me to capture your amazing wedding day! I loved celebrating with you & your friends & family! All the best wishes to you both as you start this new journey of husband & wife together!

Big Trouble was there to DJ & play for the evening – what a great band! You could just tell: these guys LOVE playing music & they were having so much fun – it was definitely contagious!
