LOCATION
I am located in Irwin, Pennsylvania (a superb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). I regularly shoot in Irwin, North Huntingdon, Greensburg, and Monroeville, as well as in downtown Pittsburgh (as well as the hundred tiny little towns in between).
Additionally, my family owns a "seasonal" home in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. My family has owned a cabin on the lake for 5 generations and we spend as much time as possible there every summer. I am thrilled to serve Garrett County in Maryland!
Outside of those two areas, I am available for travel worldwide! I include 40 miles (80 miles round-trip) in each of my packages - outside of that would be additional travel fees.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN A PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEOGRAPHER?
A Wedding Day Content Creator is there on your wedding day to give permission to your Mom, best friends, and wedding guests to put their phones away and simply ENJOY the day.
As a wedding photographer, I've been to countless weddings where the bride says to her Mom: "Put your phone away! Kara's taking photos for us!" and the Mom always responds: "I know, but I just want a few photos on my phone."
I take that pressure off of Moms, because I'm going to deliver beautiful photos and videos within 24 hours - and then she can have all of that footage on her phone to share as she pleases!
Even if your photographer and videographer are super fast, you're still going to wait (on average) 4-6 weeks to receive your wedding photos, and 6-12 weeks for your wedding video. My captured content will hold you over until you receive your professional photos and videos back!
ADDITIONALLY: I am giving you the raw footage from your day and giving you permission to chop it up, edit it, and use it as you please! Depending on what package you book, I will edit a set number of short-form content pieces for you, but outside of that, you are free to use your footage for anything else you can think of!
Trust me: chopping up and editing your professionally taken photos and videos will give your photographer and videographer a heart attack (and most likely be a breach of their contract). So, if you want FULL CONTROL over some of your wedding footage - you need a Wedding Day Content Creator.

I want to work together with your photographer and videographer, so letting them know that you hired a specific Wedding Day Content Creator will make sure we are all on the same page!
With my experience in the wedding industry, I might even know your photographer and videographer (in which case, your wedding day turns into even more of a party!)
Regardless of if we know each other or not, you can rest assured that I will never step in front of your photographer or videographer (the last thing I want is for my head to appear in any of their footage!)
HOW LONG UNTIL WE GET OUR CONTENT?
The beauty of the Wedding Day Content Creator role is that it is my job to deliver your content FAST.
Within 24 hours, you will receive all of your raw, unedited photos and videos via Dropbox (with instructions for fast and easy downloading) and within 48 hours, you will receive all of the short-form content (the precise number of which will depend on which package you book).
In other words: in most cases, you'll have the content that I created before you depart for your honeymoon!
WHAT KIND OF GEAR DO YOU SHOOT WITH?
I shoot on an iPhone 14 Pro.
I bring a gimbal and a tripod to every wedding day, as well as some small, compact lighting (for those dark receptions!)
My phone is constantly backing up to the Cloud for peace of mind that your footage is safe, and I bring several battery packs along - just in case I need a little extra juice.

After you choose what package would be the best fit for your day - we make things officially official by signing a contract and I take a non-refundable retainer in order to put your date on my calendar. Your remaining balance can be set up on a payment plan or to be paid 14 days prior to your wedding date.
