“My husband and I hired Kara Abbey Photography to shoot our engagement photo session (Fall 2022) and wedding this past May of 2023. Kara was able to capture the best day of my life perfectly.
She got all of the formal photos that we wanted despite the rain – even came with her own white umbrellas. She captured all the big moments of the night – all the special dances, the “cake” cutting and the ceremony.
I was most impressed, though, that she caught so many candid seemingly unimportant moments. There are photos of my family members just having a nice time with one another. There are mid-dance photos that truly show how much fun we all had. Lastly, the private sunset session she stole us away for are some of the greatest photos.
I cannot recommend Kara (and Darcy who came on as our second photographer) enough for their patience with our families and attention to detail.”
