Leander’s 4th Shark Birthday Party

Last weekend, we celebrated our sweet little boy’s FOURTH birthday with an epic SHARK birthday party at our house!
We hosted a huge crowd of people, ate cake and ice cream, opened gifts, and surprised him with our new tradition: a confetti pop mid-presents!

One of the nice things about having a big sister is that birthday party themes are talked about on the regular. Braelynn is constantly planning out her next birthday party – and so Leander is too. Needless to say: the two of them having been planning a “dog” (Braelynn’s theme) and a “shark” party for the last few months.

Leander really loves sharks, so a shark theme just made sense (and was a lot of fun to put together!) I snagged this decorating set off of Amazon and added in a few festive plates, napkins, and hats from Hobby Lobby – and BING-BAM-BOOM we had a shark party!!

I can hardly believe that our sweet boy is already 4 years old. It seems like just yesterday we were waiting for him to arrive and then soaking in all of his newborn snuggles. We love him to pieces and cannot imagine our lives without his ray of sunshine in it.
