2021 Favorites – Weddings

Are you ready? This is traditionally my largest blog post of the whole entire year!

Here we go! Last but not least – my favorite wedding images from 2021.
(This is crazy, I did my best to cut back on the number of images I’m posting, but it’s just so hard! So, I gave up & here I am, posting a blog post with 200+ images – my blog server is probably going to call me & bite my head off – YIKES!)

2021 was an interesting year for weddings – to say the least.
Some of the weddings I photographed in 2021 were roll-overs from 2020, while some were specifically (and originally) planned for 2021 in order to avoid 2020.
Regardless, the memories of 2020 definitely hung over the 2021 wedding season like a cloud. Especially at the beginning of the year, we still had some gathering restrictions & mask rules – but as the year progressed, all of those regulations began to ease up.
By the end of 2021, things were definitely feeling more pre-pandemic “normal” again – my couples began to worry less that their weddings were going to end up canceled and you could just feel the stress lifting off of everyone’s shoulders.

I loved every single wedding I photographed in 2021 – they were all absolutely beautiful and perfect. My brides & grooms are amazing, resilient, strong people. Seriously, I am so privileged to work with the most stellar people on the whole planet! I have so many beautiful, happy memories from 2021 – and of course, these photos tell the stories of just a few of them!

So, here we go! These are my favorite wedding images from 2021 (in absolutely no particular order – seriously, I put all of my favorite images into a “randomizer” and this is the order it spit everything out in – how could I ever put 200+ images in any sort of order?)
